Do you know someone between the ages of 13-17 who would like to become a Summer Safety Superhero?! If so, encourage them to register for the Allegan General Hospital Youth Summer Safety Series.
Students will partake in a week-long day camp June 18-22 at Allegan General Hospital. Curriculum for this camp will include building safety skills and developing critical life skills, all while having FUN with peers!
Our pilot program in 2017 was a huge success. Enough so that we have students returning to mentor new attendees. Students will have the opportunity to scrub into a mock surgery case, put out a live fire, visit the Allegan County 911 Dispatch Center and Emergency Operations Center, and receive their CPR certification. And these are just some of the highlights!
To register for this course, please visit allegangeneral.org. The cost to attend this week-long summer camp is $50 per student payable upon registration online, over the phone or via cash or check. Camp is limited to 15 students so register today!
